Baked Spaghetti Meatballs

A heartwarming dish featuring baked spaghetti enveloped in marinara sauce, succulent meatballs, and melted cheese. Perfect for family gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz spaghetti (cooked & drained)
  • 1520 cooked meatballs (homemade or frozen & thawed)
  • 1 (24 oz) jar marinara or pasta sauce
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan
  • 1 egg
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Combine spaghetti, egg, half a cup of mozzarella, and marinara sauce in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Pour the spaghetti mixture into the greased baking dish and spread it evenly.
  4. Layer the cooked meatballs on top of the spaghetti.
  5. Pour the remaining marinara sauce over the meatballs.
  6. Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top.
  7. Season with Italian seasoning and a pinch of pepper.
  8. Bake uncovered for about 25–30 minutes.
  9. Allow to cool for about 5–10 minutes before serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, add crushed red pepper flakes or mix in sautéed vegetables. Serve garnished with fresh herbs.
