Delightful fusion of juicy chicken marinated and glazed with a creamy, spicy Bang Bang sauce.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 lbs. chicken breasts, skinless and boneless, cut into 1” cubes
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 tsp. paprika
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. black pepper
  • 1 cup mayonnaise (or full-fat Greek yogurt for a lighter option)
  • 34 tbsp. Sriracha
  • 2 tbsp. honey
  • 1 tbsp. apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder or 2 minced garlic cloves
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. black pepper
  • Parsley, for garnishing
  • Mini wood skewers, soaked in water for 20-30 minutes

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Bang Bang sauce by combining the mayonnaise, soy sauce, Sriracha, honey, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, and half a teaspoon each of salt and black pepper in a large mixing bowl. Whisk until smooth and set aside.
  2. Place cubed chicken in a separate bowl. Pour in the olive oil and sprinkle with paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Toss until evenly coated.
  3. Assemble the kebabs by taking soaked skewers and threading 3-4 pieces of seasoned chicken onto each, leaving space for even cooking.
  4. Arrange the kebabs on your air fryer rack and brush with one-third of the Bang Bang sauce. Reserve the remaining sauce for serving.
  5. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F and cook the kebabs for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  6. Serve warm, garnished with parsley and the reserved Bang Bang sauce for dipping.

Notes

Marinate chicken for 30 minutes to overnight for extra flavor. Consider using Greek yogurt for a lighter option.
