A delightful dish combining creamy avocados with fresh Caprese salad flavors.

  • 2 ripe avocados, halved and pitted
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup fresh mozzarella balls, halved or torn
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic glaze
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Begin by carefully slicing the avocados in half.
  2. Use a sharp knife for precision, and gently remove the pit from each half.
  3. Scoop out a small amount of the avocado flesh with a spoon.
  4. Combine the halved cherry tomatoes, fresh mozzarella, and chopped basil in a mixing bowl.
  5. Season this mixture with a pinch of salt and pepper, then toss until evenly combined.
  6. Spoon the mixture into the hollowed-out avocado halves.
  7. Drizzle balsamic glaze over the filled avocados.
  8. Serve immediately for an incredibly fresh dish.
