  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1/2 cup sour cream (optional)
  • Fresh lettuce and tomatoes, chopped (optional)

Instructions

  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat, adding the ground beef, chopped onion, and minced garlic.
  2. Sizzle the mixture until the beef browns and onions turn translucent, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Drain excess fat from the beef for a lighter wrap.
  4. Sprinkle in chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper, stirring to combine.
  5. Remove the skillet from the heat and add shredded cheddar cheese, stirring until melted.
  6. Warm tortillas in a separate skillet or microwave until pliable.
  7. Spoon the cheesy beef mixture into the center of each tortilla.
  8. Roll each tortilla tightly, securing the filling inside.
