  • 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp paprika
  • 1 tbsp olive oil (for greasing the baking dish)
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with olive oil.
  3. Combine the chicken, spinach, cream cheese, sour cream, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and paprika in a large mixing bowl.
  4. Spread the mixture evenly in the prepared baking dish.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and lightly golden on top.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley, serve hot, and enjoy!
