A comforting baked dish featuring tender chicken, vibrant broccoli, and creamy Alfredo sauce, all tossed with pasta and topped with melted cheese.

  • 2 cups tender cooked chicken, diced
  • 2 cups broccoli florets, steamed
  • 12 oz fettuccine or penne pasta
  • 2 cups Alfredo sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook your pasta according to package instructions until just al dente, then drain and set aside.
  3. Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with olive oil.
  4. Combine cooked pasta, chicken, and steamed broccoli in a large mixing bowl.
  5. Drizzle in the Alfredo sauce, sprinkle with garlic powder and Italian seasoning, then season with salt and pepper. Mix thoroughly.
  6. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish, spreading it evenly.
  7. Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top.
  8. Bake for 25–30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  9. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
