A mouthwatering burrito featuring smoky chipotle flavor with grilled chicken, creamy ranch dressing, and fresh vegetables.

  • 2 grilled chicken breasts, chopped
  • 1/4 cup chipotle ranch dressing
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1/2 cup black beans
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup chopped lettuce
  • 1/4 cup corn (optional)
  • 2 large flour tortillas

Instructions

  1. Warm the tortillas in a skillet or microwave until flexible.
  2. Mix grilled chicken with dressing in a bowl until evenly coated.
  3. Lay about half a cup of cooked rice in the center of each tortilla.
  4. Add black beans, dressed chicken, cheese, tomatoes, optional corn, and lettuce on top of the rice.
  5. Roll the tortilla tightly, folding the sides inward to secure the fillings.
  6. Grill the burrito seam-side down in a skillet over medium heat until golden.
  7. Slice the burrito in half and serve hot.

Notes

Marinate the chicken for more flavor or swap it with grilled shrimp or steak for variety. Serve with salsa or guacamole.
