Delightful and healthful crispy chips made from cottage cheese, perfect for snacking or parties.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup full-fat cottage cheese
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp olive oil (for greasing)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Combine the cottage cheese, flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
  3. Spoon small dollops of the mixture onto the parchment paper and flatten into thin circles.
  4. Drizzle or spray the tops of each circle with olive oil.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the edges turn golden and crispy.
  6. Let the chips cool for a few minutes before removing them from the parchment paper.
