  • 1/4 cup grated sharp Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon fresh herbs (parsley or chives)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  2. Combine in a large bowl cottage cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper; mix until well blended.
  3. Scoop out small dollops of the mixture and form them into thin, circular shapes on the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each.
  4. Place the baking sheet in the oven and bake the chips for 15-20 minutes until they turn golden.
  5. Remove the chips from the oven and let them cool on the baking sheet to allow them to crisp up.
  6. Sprinkle freshly chopped herbs on top before serving, if desired.
