  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • Vegetable oil for frying
  • 1/4 cup sliced green onions (optional)
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup walnuts
  • 1/2 cup water

Instructions

  1. Combine the mayonnaise, heavy cream, honey, and lemon juice in a bowl. Stir until smooth.
  2. Peel and devein the shrimp, ensuring they are clean.

  7. Drain shrimp on paper towels.
  8. Boil walnuts, brown sugar, and water in a saucepan for 5 minutes until coated.
  9. Strain walnuts and cool them on parchment.

Notes

For an extra crispy coating, double-dip the shrimp. You can also add a pinch of cayenne pepper for a spicy kick.
