Crispy Roasted Cauliflower

A delightful transformation of cauliflower into golden, cheese-covered florets that are crispy and flavorful.

Ingredients

  • 1 large cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 6 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp Old Bay seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp chili pepper
  • Fresh ground black pepper, to taste
  • 8 oz sharp white cheddar cheese, grated
  • 4 oz parmesan cheese, grated

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Combine cauliflower florets with olive oil, Old Bay seasoning, chili pepper, and black pepper in a large bowl.
  3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the seasoned cauliflower evenly on it.
  4. Roast for 30-35 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  5. Sprinkle the grated cheddar and parmesan cheese evenly over the cauliflower in the last 10 minutes of roasting.
  6. Remove from the oven and serve warm.

Notes

For added sweetness, drizzle honey over the cauliflower before roasting. Experiment with different seasonings and vegetables for variety.
