These innovative chips combine creamy cottage cheese with savory Parmesan and herbs, creating a delightful and healthy snack.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup full-fat cottage cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 1 large egg white
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary or thyme
  • 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • Cooking spray or olive oil for greasing

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and lightly grease it.
  3. In a medium bowl, combine cottage cheese, Parmesan, almond flour, and egg white; mix until uniform but slightly lumpy.
  4. Add garlic powder, rosemary or thyme, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper, stirring well.
  5. Drop small dollops of the mixture onto the baking sheet, flattening each to about 2 inches.
  6. Bake for 15-18 minutes, rotating halfway through, until golden brown and firm.
  7. Allow to cool for at least 10 minutes before serving.
