Ingredients
Scale
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup powdered sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
1/4 cup powdered sugar (for the crust)
1/4 cup chopped peanuts (for topping)
2 tbsp melted chocolate (for drizzle)
Instructions
In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and 1/4 cup powdered sugar. Stir this mixture until it is well combined, resembling wet sand.
Next, press the mixture firmly into the base of a greased 9×9-inch square pan to create a sturdy crust. Once shaped, put the pan in the refrigerator to chill for about 10-15 minutes.
Now, take a microwave-safe bowl and melt the chocolate chips and heavy cream together in 30-second intervals, stirring between each interval until smooth.
After melting, stir in the peanut butter and vanilla extract until fully combined.
Pour this mixture evenly over the chilled graham cracker crust, spreading it out with a spatula.
Place the pan back in the refrigerator and allow it to chill for at least 60 minutes until firm.
Once the dessert has set, sprinkle the chopped peanuts on top.
For an extra touch, drizzle the melted chocolate over everything.
Finally, slice into squares and serve chilled or at room temperature.
Notes
Add a pinch of sea salt on top for contrast; try different nut butters for a twist.
