Delightful tartlets filled with creamy cream cheese, topped with cherry jam and crunchy pistachios. Perfect for gatherings!

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 2 cups cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup cherry jam
  • 1/2 cup chopped pistachios
  • 1/2 cup fresh cherries, pitted and chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Lightly grease a mini tartlet pan or line a muffin tin with paper liners.
  3. Combine the graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter in a medium bowl.
  4. Spoon the graham cracker mixture into each tartlet cavity, pressing down firmly.
  5. Bake the crusts for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown. Let them cool completely.
  6. Beat the softened cream cheese until smooth, then mix in the powdered sugar and vanilla extract.
  7. Spoon the cream cheese filling into each tartlet shell and smooth it out.
  8. Top each tartlet with cherry jam, spreading it evenly.
  9. Sprinkle chopped pistachios and fresh cherries on top.
  10. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.

Notes

For gluten-free options, use gluten-free graham cracker crumbs. To enhance flavor, you can add almond extract to the filling.
