A vibrant and delicious twist on classic ramen, featuring tender chicken and a creamy garlic sauce.

  • 2 chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 packs of instant ramen noodles
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 green onions, sliced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken by placing it in a bowl with soy sauce, chili sauce, and honey. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Cook the chicken in a large pot with olive oil over medium heat for 6-7 minutes until browned.
  3. Add minced garlic and paprika, sautéing for about one minute until fragrant.
  4. Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a boil. Add instant ramen noodles and cook according to package instructions.
  5. Incorporate heavy cream and simmer for about 5 minutes until the sauce thickens. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Serve the ramen in bowls and garnish with sliced green onions.

Notes

For a lighter version, substitute half-and-half for heavy cream. Adjust chili sauce according to your spice preference.
