Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 boneless ribeye steaks, sliced thinly
  • 1 tbsp olive oil for searing
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp dried rosemary
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 8 oz egg noodles
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced for the garlic butter sauce
  • 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce (optional)
  • 1/2 cup beef broth
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
  • Grated Parmesan (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook the noodles: Boil salted water and cook the noodles according to package instructions, about 4-6 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  2. Prepare the steak: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Season steak slices with salt, pepper, and rosemary. Cook for 3-4 minutes until browned. Set aside.
  3. Make the garlic butter sauce: In the same skillet, reduce heat and add butter. Melt, then add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute. Stir in red pepper flakes, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and beef broth. Simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Combine the noodles: Return cooked noodles to the skillet and toss in the garlic butter sauce. Add steak slices and mix well.
  5. Garnish and serve: Serve hot, garnished with parsley and a sprinkle of Parmesan if desired.

Notes

For a healthier twist, substitute egg noodles with rice noodles or zoodles. Adjust spice levels with crushed red pepper flakes according to preference.
