  • 1 lb ground beef, cooked to perfection
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup diced onions
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 can (16 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits)
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cook the ground beef and diced onions in a skillet over medium heat for about 7-8 minutes until browned.
  3. Drain excess fat, then stir in the Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper, and cool slightly.
  4. Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese until melted and gooey.
  5. Roll out the biscuit dough, flatten each biscuit, and spoon the beef mixture in the center.
  6. Pinch the dough around the filling to secure it.
  7. Arrange the stuffed dough balls on the baking sheet.
  8. Combine melted butter, minced garlic, and Parmesan cheese; brush over the dough balls.
  9. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
  10. Sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.
