A tender and juicy chicken meatloaf infused with garlic and rich Parmesan cheese, perfect for family gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley (chopped)
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 egg (beaten)
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup ketchup (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the ground chicken, breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, chopped parsley, milk, beaten egg, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a loaf pan, shaping it into a loaf.
  4. Spread the ketchup evenly over the top of the meatloaf.
  5. Place the loaf in the preheated oven and bake for 50-60 minutes.
  6. Remove the meatloaf from the oven once it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
  7. Let it rest for about 10 minutes before slicing.
  8. Serve with your favorite sides.

Notes

Ensure ground chicken is fresh and not frozen. Mix ingredients just until combined to avoid a tough texture.
