Indulge in this rich and creamy Homemade Baileys Ice Cream, infused with classic Baileys flavor and a hint of cocoa, perfect for any occasion.

  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup Baileys Irish Cream (or non-alcoholic cream liqueur)
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder

Instructions

  1. Combine the heavy cream, whole milk, and granulated sugar in a medium saucepan over medium heat, stirring until sugar is dissolved.
  2. Whisk the cocoa powder with a small amount of the warm milk mixture until smooth; add it back to the saucepan and stir.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract and Baileys Irish Cream.
  4. Cool the mixture to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
  5. Pour the chilled mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to manufacturer’s instructions, about 20-25 minutes.
  6. Transfer to an airtight container and freeze for at least 4 hours until firm.
