Indulge in crispy, golden fries drizzled with a savory, spicy voodoo sauce for a flavor-packed experience.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 large russet potatoes
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/4 cup hot sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp chopped green onions

Instructions

  1. Prepare fries: Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Slice the russet potatoes into 1/4 to 1/2 inch thick fries. Toss into a large bowl with olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, and cayenne pepper.
  2. Spread the seasoned fries in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  3. Make the voodoo sauce: In a small bowl, mix together ranch dressing, hot sauce, and honey until smooth.
  4. Serve: Once fries are crisped to perfection, drizzle the voodoo sauce over the top and sprinkle with chopped green onions.

Notes

Avoid overcrowding the baking sheet for the crispiest fries. Soaking the cut fries helps achieve a better texture.
