A delightful dessert that layers creamy cheesecake on a chocolate graham cracker crust, topped with melted mint chocolate fudge and whipped cream.

  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 2 cups cream cheese, softened
  • 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon peppermint extract
  • 1 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 2 cups mint chocolate fudge, melted
  • 2 cups whipped cream for topping
  • 1/4 cup crushed mint chocolate candies (optional for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine chocolate graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter in a bowl until resembling wet sand.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  4. Bake the crust for 8-10 minutes and let it cool.
  5. Beat softened cream cheese in a separate bowl until velvety.
  6. Add powdered sugar, peppermint extract, and heavy cream, beating until fluffy.
  7. Fold in mini chocolate chips gently.
  8. Spread the cheesecake mixture over the cooled crust.
  9. Pour melted mint chocolate fudge over the cheesecake layer.
  10. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  11. Top with whipped cream and crushed mint chocolate candies before serving.

For a quicker process, prep cheesecake while the crust cools. Ensure all layers set properly in the fridge for the best flavor and texture.
