A decadent dessert blending chocolate chip cookie dough, creamy vanilla ice cream, and colorful M&M’s, all rolled into a beautiful cake.

Ingredients

  • 1 package of chocolate chip cookie dough (pre-made or homemade)
  • 2 cups of vanilla ice cream (softened)
  • 1 cup of M&M’s candy
  • 1/2 cup of mini chocolate chips
  • 1 cup of whipped cream
  • 1 tablespoon of powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup of chocolate syrup (for drizzling)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Roll out the cookie dough into a rectangle shape on the prepared baking sheet.
  3. Bake according to the package instructions, usually 10-12 minutes, until golden brown.
  4. Let it cool completely.
  5. Soften the vanilla ice cream in a large bowl.
  6. Stir in the M&M’s and mini chocolate chips.
  7. Flip the cooled cookie dough onto wax paper, peeling off the parchment.
  8. Spread the softened ice cream mixture over the cookie dough.
  9. Roll the cookie dough into a log, starting from one short edge.
  10. Freeze the cake roll for at least 2 hours.
  11. Whip the cream with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
  12. Spread the whipped cream over the chilled cake roll.
  13. Drizzle chocolate syrup over the top and add extra M&M’s.

Notes

Ensure cookie dough is not overbaked and allow the roll to freeze long enough for best results.
