A luscious Peanut Butter Pie with a rich, creamy filling and a crumbly graham cracker crust, perfect for any occasion.

  • ½ cup melted unsalted butter
  • 1 cup creamy or crunchy peanut butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 8 ounces softened cream cheese
  • 1 cup whipped cream (or whipped topping)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Chocolate sauce for drizzling
  • Chopped peanuts for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a mixing bowl until it resembles wet sand.
  3. Press the mixture into a 9-inch pie dish and bake for 8-10 minutes until lightly golden.
  4. Allow the crust to cool completely.
  5. Create the filling by blending peanut butter, powdered sugar, and cream cheese until smooth.
  6. Gently fold in whipped cream and vanilla extract.
  7. Pour the filling into the cooled crust and spread evenly.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to allow the filling to set.
  9. Drizzle with chocolate sauce and sprinkle with chopped peanuts before serving.

Notes

Ensure cream cheese and whipped cream are at room temperature for easier mixing. For a healthier version, use natural peanut butter and Greek yogurt.
