  • 1/2 cup coconut cream
  • 1/4 cup Malibu rum (or additional coconut cream for non-alcoholic)
  • 1 scoop rainbow sherbet
  • 1/4 cup crushed ice
  • Pineapple slices for garnish (optional)
  • Maraschino cherries for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Gather all your ingredients.
  2. Combine the pineapple juice, coconut cream, Malibu rum, rainbow sherbet, and crushed ice in a blender.
  3. Blend everything on high until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
  4. Pour the mixture into tall glasses, leaving room for garnishes.
