Delightful cookies combining tangy raspberries and sweet chocolate chips for an irresistible treat.

  • 1 cup unsalted butter (softened)
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar (packed)
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries (chopped)
  • 1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
  3. Cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract.
  5. Whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking soda, and salt in a separate bowl.
  6. Add the dry ingredients to the butter mixture and stir just until combined.
  7. Fold in the chopped raspberries and chocolate chips.
  8. Drop spoonfuls of the dough onto the prepared baking sheets, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
  9. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are lightly browned.
  10. Cool on the baking sheets for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack.

Notes

For best results, chill the dough for 30 minutes before baking and consider adding sea salt on top before baking.
