  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup raspberry jam
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 tablespoon fresh raspberries, for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out the thawed puff pastry on a lightly floured surface.
  3. Cut the pastry into squares, about 3 inches on each side.
  4. Combine the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract in a mixing bowl.
  5. Place a spoonful of the cream cheese blend in the center of each pastry square.
  6. Top with a dollop of raspberry jam.
  7. Fold the corners of each pastry square over the filling.
  8. Seal the edges with a brush of beaten egg.
  9. Place the pastries onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
