Delicious and quick breakfast roll-ups made with sausage, eggs, and cheese wrapped in flaky crescent roll dough.

Ingredients

  • 1 tube of crescent roll dough
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup cooked sausage, crumbled
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooking spray or oil for greasing

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, whisk the eggs and season with salt and pepper.
  3. In a skillet over medium heat, scramble the eggs until cooked through.
  4. Roll out the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles.
  5. Place a spoonful of scrambled eggs, some crumbled sausage, and a sprinkle of cheese on each triangle.
  6. Roll up the triangles from the wide end to the tip and place them on a greased baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

For a healthier twist, substitute turkey sausage or incorporate vegetables.
