A delightful salmon dish glazed with a creamy miso-ginger mixture that brings a touch of elegance to any table.

  • 4 salmon fillets, 6 oz each
  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
  • 3 tablespoons white miso paste
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons fresh ginger, grated
  • 12 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons green onions, sliced thin

Instructions

  1. Combine the softened butter, miso paste, brown sugar, grated ginger, minced garlic, and sliced green onions in a medium-sized bowl until well mixed.
  2. Preheat your oven to 375°F, or air fryer to 400°F.
  3. Spread the miso butter mixture evenly on each salmon fillet.
  4. Arrange the salmon in a large skillet or baking dish and bake for 12-15 minutes until opaque.
  5. Broil on high for 1-2 minutes for a crispy glaze, if desired.
  6. Serve the salmon on a platter, drenching with remaining miso butter and garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
