  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup Nutella
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper.
  2. Whisk together the all-purpose flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt in a medium bowl.
  3. Cream the softened butter and granulated sugar together until light and fluffy.
  4. Beat in the egg, red food coloring, and vanilla extract until well combined.

  7. Scoop portions of dough, flatten slightly, encase a dollop of Nutella, and shape into a ball.
