Steak & Shrimp Stir-Fried Noodles

A delightful fusion of flavors with tender steak and juicy shrimp stir-fried with silky noodles and vibrant vegetables.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb steak (sirloin or flank steak), thinly sliced
  • 1/2 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 8 oz noodles (rice noodles or lo mein noodles)
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1-inch piece of ginger, grated
  • 2 green onions, chopped (for garnish)
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds (optional, for garnish)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Brown the steak in 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil over medium-high heat for 3-4 minutes. Remove and keep warm.
  3. Cook the shrimp in the same skillet for 2-3 minutes until pink and opaque. Combine with the steak.
  4. Sauté the onion, bell pepper, garlic, and ginger in another tablespoon of oil for 3-4 minutes.
  5. Combine the cooked noodles with soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, and sesame oil. Toss until coated.
  6. Mix in the steak and shrimp, stir-frying for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  7. Season with salt and pepper, garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
  8. Serve hot and enjoy!
