  • Additional ingredients listed on the box
  • 1/2 cup mashed strawberries
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup diced strawberries
  • Whole strawberries for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C) and prepare your cake pans.
  2. Prepare the white cake batter according to the box, folding in mashed strawberries.
  3. Bake the cakes according to package directions and cool in the pans.
  4. Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth, then add eggs and vanilla extract.
  5. Pour the cheesecake batter into a greased pan and bake for 35-40 minutes.
  6. Whip heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
  7. Assemble by layering cake, cheesecake filling, and diced strawberries; repeat the process.
  8. Top with whipped cream and garnish with whole strawberries, then chill before serving.
