A tropical delight that combines ripe strawberries, creamy coconut, and fresh pineapple juice, topped with Malibu-infused whipped cream.

  • 2 oz Malibu rum
  • 1 oz coconut cream
  • 6 oz fresh pineapple juice
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries
  • 1/2 cup crushed ice
  • Whipped cream
  • 1 oz Malibu rum (for frosting)
  • Strawberries for garnish

Instructions

  1. Combine the 2 oz of Malibu rum, 1 oz of coconut cream, 6 oz of fresh pineapple juice, 1 cup of fresh strawberries, and 1/2 cup of crushed ice in a blender. Blend until smooth.
  2. Pour the refreshing blend into a chilled glass.
  3. Mix whipped cream with 1 oz of Malibu rum until well incorporated for the frosting.
  4. Spoon a dollop of the Malibu-infused whipped cream onto the drink.
  5. Garnish with fresh strawberries and serve immediately.

Notes

Consider adding a splash of vanilla extract for enhanced flavor. Adjust the amount of crushed ice for a thicker drink.
