  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup milk chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare a 9×13-inch baking pan by greasing it and lining with parchment paper.
  3. Place the butter and granulated sugar in a saucepan over low heat, stirring until smooth.
  4. Remove from heat and let cool slightly, then add the eggs, one at a time, stirring gently.
  5. Add the vanilla extract.
  6. Whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, salt, and baking powder in a separate bowl.
  7. Gradually incorporate the dry ingredients into the butter mixture, folding until combined.
  8. Fold in the semi-sweet, white, and milk chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
  9. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly.
  10. Bake for 30-35 minutes, testing doneness with a toothpick.
  11. Allow to cool completely in the pan before cutting into squares.

Notes

For an even richer flavor, consider pairing with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream. Be careful not to overmix the batter or overbake the brownies.
