Ingredients

  • 150g softened butter
  • 100g powdered sugar
  • 200g all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • A pinch of salt
  • 200g dark chocolate

Instructions

  1. Combine the softened butter and powdered sugar in a large mixing bowl until light and fluffy.
  2. Fold in the finely chopped walnuts, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt.
  3. Incorporate the all-purpose flour gradually until a cohesive dough forms.
  4. Roll small portions of dough into balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Refrigerate the baking sheet for about 30 minutes to firm up the truffles.
  6. Melt the dark chocolate in a heatproof bowl over simmering water until smooth.
  7. Dip each truffle into the melted chocolate, allowing excess to drip off.
  8. Set the chocolate-covered pralines at room temperature or in the refrigerator until firm.
