  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs (Panko for extra crunch!)
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • Cooking spray
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Combine the shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, mozzarella cheese, and cream cheese in a mixing bowl until creamy.
  2. Set up a breading station with flour, beaten eggs, and breadcrumbs mixed with garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.
  3. Shape a spoonful of the chicken mixture into sticks, coating them in flour, egg, and breadcrumbs.
  4. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) and spray the basket with cooking spray.
  5. Arrange the mozzarella sticks in the basket without touching and spray with cooking spray.
  6. Air fry for about 8-10 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  7. Remove and let cool slightly, garnishing with parsley before serving.
