Deliciously satisfying skewers of succulent chicken with a blend of crunch, creaminess, and a kick of heat, perfect for any meal or gathering.

  • Wooden skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes
  • 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 1/4 cups mayonnaise
  • 2/3 cup Thai sweet chili sauce
  • 2 teaspoons Sriracha, or more to taste
  • 2 tablespoons honey

Instructions

  1. Combine the cubed chicken breasts with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper in a large bowl.
  2. Thread 4-5 chicken cubes onto each soaked skewer, packing them without overcrowding.
  3. Mix together mayonnaise, Thai sweet chili sauce, Sriracha, and honey in a small bowl. Reserve half for serving.
  4. Arrange the skewers in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  5. Set the air fryer to 400°F and cook for 11-12 minutes, flipping halfway.
  6. Check that the internal temperature of the chicken reaches 165°F.
  7. Drizzle or brush the reserved bang bang sauce over the skewers before serving.

Notes

Marinate chicken for at least an hour prior for enhanced flavor. Consider adding vegetables to the skewers for added nutrition.
