Deliciously crispy and creamy mozzarella sticks filled with buffalo chicken for a bold flavor experience.

  • 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs (Panko for extra crunch!)
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • Cooking spray
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Combine the shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, mozzarella cheese, and cream cheese in a mixing bowl until creamy.
  2. Set up a breading station with flour, beaten eggs, and breadcrumbs mixed with spices.
  3. Shape a spoonful of chicken mixture into sticks, then coat in flour, egg, and breadcrumbs.
  4. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) and spray the basket with cooking spray.
  5. Arrange mozzarella sticks in the basket without touching and spray with cooking spray.
  6. Air fry for about 8-10 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  7. Remove and let cool slightly, then garnish with parsley before serving.

Notes

Chill formed sticks for 30 minutes before air frying to enhance their structure. Consider adding cayenne pepper for extra kick.
