A delightful and creamy dessert that combines whipped cream, marshmallows, yogurt, and boysenberries for a refreshing treat.

Ingredients

  • 300 ml (10 oz) cream
  • 180 g bag marshmallows, halved
  • 500 g sweetened plain or berry-flavored yogurt
  • 1 can (425 g) boysenberries, drained
  • 2 Flake chocolate bars

Instructions

  1. Whip the cream until soft peaks form.
  2. Gently fold in marshmallows, yogurt, and boysenberries, adding one crumbled Flake bar.
  3. Transfer the mixture into a decorative serving dish.
  4. Garnish with remaining crumbled Flake bar.
  5. Chill in the fridge for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.

Notes

For best results, use chilled equipment for whipping cream and allow the dish to chill to meld flavors.
