A delightful and healthy twist on traditional cheesy snacks, these Baked Broccoli Cheese Balls are packed with flavor and perfect for any occasion.

  • 2 cups steamed broccoli, chopped
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup egg, beaten
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line your baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Combine chopped steamed broccoli, shredded cheddar cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, beaten egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
  3. Mix until well combined using hands or a spatula.
  4. Form the mixture into small balls, about 1-2 inches in diameter, and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
