Baked Caesar Chicken is a delightful dish that perfectly marries the creamy richness of Caesar dressing with tender chicken, topped with melted provolone cheese and a crunchy layer of golden croutons.

  • 2 lbs chicken breast, boneless, skinless
  • 6 tbsp creamy Caesar dressing
  • 6 oz provolone cheese, sliced
  • 1 cup Caesar-style croutons
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Place the chicken breasts flat in a large baking dish.
  3. Season the chicken with salt and pepper.
  4. Spread 1-2 tablespoons of creamy Caesar dressing over each chicken breast.
  5. Lay the sliced provolone cheese over the chicken.
  6. Crush the croutons into crumbs in a bowl.
  7. Melt 1 tablespoon of butter and mix it with the crouton crumbs.
  8. Spread the buttery crouton mixture over the cheese.
  9. Bake for 20-30 minutes, or until cooked through and the topping is golden brown.
