Delicious baked potato wedges infused with garlic and topped with Parmesan cheese, offering a crispy exterior and fluffy interior.

  • 4 large russet potatoes, cut into wedges
  • 3 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
  • 3 cloves of garlic, minced
  • ½ cup of grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon of paprika (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Wash and cut the potatoes into wedges, pat them dry with a paper towel.
  3. Combine the olive oil, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, paprika (if using), salt, and pepper in a large mixing bowl.
  4. Add the potato wedges and toss until evenly coated.
  5. Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the wedges and toss again gently.
  6. Spread the potato wedges in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  8. Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh parsley. Serve hot.
