  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Combine minced garlic, honey, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, sesame oil, and pepper in a small bowl until well-blended.
  3. Place the salmon fillet on a large piece of foil on a baking tray.
  4. Pour the honey-garlic mixture over the salmon.
  5. Fold the sides of the foil over the salmon, sealing the packet closed.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through.
