Instructions

  1. Peel the ripe banana and mash it in a bowl.
  2. Add flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt; mix until combined.
  3. Whisk together milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla in a separate bowl.
  4. Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and stir gently.
  5. Heat a skillet over medium heat and grease lightly.
  6. Pour approximately 1/4 cup of batter onto the skillet.
  7. Wait for bubbles to form, then flip and cook until golden.
