Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • A pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a 9-inch springform pan by lining it with parchment paper.
  2. Beat the softened cream cheese and granulated sugar until smooth and creamy.
  3. Pour in the heavy cream and mix until fully combined.
  4. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  5. Stir in the vanilla extract, flour, and a pinch of salt until just combined.
  6. Carefully pour the batter into the prepared pan, ensuring it’s evenly distributed.
  7. Bake for 40-50 minutes until the top is dark brown and the center is slightly jiggly.
  8. Let it cool in the pan for at least two hours, then refrigerate for at least four hours before serving.

Notes

Ensure cream cheese is at room temperature for a smooth batter. Resist over-mixing the batter after adding flour.
