  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice

Instructions

  1. Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and cinnamon in a medium bowl until well combined.
  2. Pour in the melted butter, stirring until crumbly.
  3. Spoon the mixture into the bottoms of mason jars and press down to form the crust.
  4. Beat together cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  5. Whip heavy cream in another bowl until stiff peaks form.
  6. Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture gently.
  7. Add lime juice and zest, folding until combined.
  8. Spoon the cheesecake mixture over the crust in each jar.
  9. Top with fresh blackberries and drizzle with honey if desired.
  10. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight before serving.
