  • 4 large croissants, torn into pieces
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • Powdered sugar for serving (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a medium baking dish.
  2. Scatter the torn croissant pieces in the greased baking dish and nestle fresh blueberries amongst them.
  3. Beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
  4. Add eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla extract, and cinnamon to the cream cheese, whisking until blended.
  5. Pour the mixture over the croissants and blueberries, pressing down lightly to soak.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the top is set and golden brown.
  7. Allow to cool slightly and dust with powdered sugar before serving.
