A delightful dessert that combines the rich, creamy texture of cheesecake with the sweet-tart essence of blueberries.

  • ¼ cup melted butter
  • 2 cups cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • ½ cup blueberry jam or fresh blueberries
  • 2 tablespoons sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. Combine graham cracker crumbs with melted butter in a mixing bowl.
  3. Beat the softened cream cheese with sugar until smooth and creamy.
  4. Add the vanilla extract, then incorporate the eggs one at a time.
  5. Stir in the sour cream until well combined.
  6. Pour the cheesecake batter over the prepared crust.
  7. Melt the blueberry jam with sugar over low heat in a small saucepan.
  8. Drop dollops of the blueberry mixture over the batter and swirl with a toothpick.
  9. Bake for 50-60 minutes until the center is set but jiggles slightly.
  10. Cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
