A creamy and luxurious cheesecake with a delightful swirl of blueberry jam, perfect for any occasion.

  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ¼ cup melted butter
  • 2 cups cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • ½ cup blueberry jam or fresh blueberries
  • 2 tablespoons sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. Combine graham cracker crumbs with melted butter in a mixing bowl.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust.
  4. Beat the softened cream cheese with sugar until smooth and creamy.
  5. Add vanilla extract, then add eggs one at a time, mixing after each addition.
  6. Stir in the sour cream until well combined.
  7. Pour the cheesecake batter over the prepared crust.
  8. Melt the blueberry jam with sugar in a small saucepan over low heat.
  9. Drop dollops of the blueberry mixture over the cheesecake batter and swirl with a toothpick.
  10. Bake for 50-60 minutes until the center is set but still jiggles slightly.
  11. Cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.

Notes

For a lighter option, substitute Greek yogurt for sour cream or use reduced-fat cream cheese. Avoid overmixing to prevent cracks.
