An exciting twist on classic lasagna and burger combinations, combining spicy buffalo chicken with comforting lasagna noodles.

  • 1 pound ground chicken
  • 1 cup buffalo sauce
  • 9 lasagna noodles, cooked
  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup ranch dressing (for drizzling)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the ground chicken in a skillet over medium heat until fully cooked.
  3. Drain any excess fat and stir in the buffalo sauce, then let it cool.
  4. Combine the ricotta cheese, egg, chopped parsley, and salt and pepper in a bowl until smooth.
  5. Layer the dish by spreading a buffalo chicken mixture across the bottom, followed by three lasagna noodles, then the ricotta mixture. Repeat until ingredients are used up, finishing with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
  6. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes.
  7. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  8. Cool slightly before slicing and serving with ranch dressing.
