A flavorful dish featuring succulent salmon fillets seasoned with bold Cajun spices and topped with a creamy avocado lime sauce.

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt or sour cream
  • 1 lime (juice and zest)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Rub each salmon fillet with olive oil and coat with Cajun seasoning.
  3. Place the fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Bake for about 12-15 minutes or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
  5. Combine avocado, Greek yogurt, lime juice, lime zest, salt, and pepper in a blender; blend until smooth.
  6. Remove salmon from the oven and top with avocado crema. Garnish and serve immediately.
